Samuel Banilivy, Esq.

Samuel Banilivy, Esq., earned his law degree from Hofstra Law School and received a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University. Mr. Banilivy’s career includes experience working at large companies, including Bank Hapoalim, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and large real estate and mortgage banking firms on Long Island. His specialties span the tax, real estate, and banking industries, as well as other commercial matters. Additionally, Mr. Banilivy has experience as a mediator and has been trained and certified by Phoenix Dispute Solutions, with specialized training in dispute resolution. Mr. Banilivy also has extensive training and experience with issues relating to Rabbinical Courts and Jewish law. Mr. Banilivy received Rabbinical Ordination from Beit Din Mekor Chaim, a New York–based and internationally recognized Rabbinical Court, and has also been tested in multiple areas of Rabbinic law by other top-tier overseas organizations and institutions.
